Video Surveillance

A video surveillance system contributes to the security of buildings and perimeters, representing a set of interconnected devices used to capture images from different areas, helping prevent and protect against unwanted actions. From a components perspective, these systems typically consist of:

  • Cable routes or the cabling network that connects video cameras to the recording systems/control room. These can be fiber-optic networks or copper cabling;
  • Video cameras —devices strategically installed indoors or outdoors in various locations to ensure effective coverage. These can be analog or IP cameras;
  • Recording systems —equipment that collects and records images transmitted by the cameras and makes them available to authorized users on request. Typically these are known as DVR (Digital Video Recorder) or NVR (Network Video Recorder).

This allows you to review activities to increase productivity, analyze customer and visitor flow, eliminate suspicions, and intervene quickly in special situations.

We design and install city and community surveillance networks, using fiber-optic (FO) infrastructure, network equipment, video cameras, and recording systems placed in control and event-monitoring dispatch centers. We use Video Analytics software.
